Robins of Fort Collins

Fort Collins, CO – January 2024

During our winter blast of Artic cold and snow and below zero temperatures, I was particularly intrigued how the local birds were handling the cold.  I observed a bunch of robins hanging around my trees that produced berries.  It seemed like they couldn’t get enough berries for food to withstand the cold.  Looking out my office window to the west, I couldn’t help but watching these robins constantly eating the berries.  So, of course, I took advantage of the opportunity to photograph the robins. Prints Available
